Fever-Tree records 40% revenue growth in 2018

Premium mixer brand Fever-Tree has announced a 40% revenue growth for the year ended for 31 December 2018.

Its revenue was recorded at £237.4m with a gross profit margin of 51.8%, with profit after tax sitting at £61.8m.

Tim Warrillow, co-founder and CEO of Fever-Tree said: "As the world’s leading premium mixer brand with a strengthening global distribution network, we are well set to drive the international opportunity as the move towards the premium long mixed drink continues to gather momentum around the world. 

At this early stage in the year, the Group is trading in line with board expectations and we remain excited about the size of the opportunity that lies ahead.”

Fever-Tree was, for the fifth year running, named the number one bestselling and top trending tonic water in Drinks International's Annual Brands Report, which surveys of world's top 250 bars.

Fever-Tree is the number one mixer brand by value in the UK off-trade and now owns its operations in the US with Fever-Tree USA now directly managing marketing, sales and distribution.
