Wente appoints Fells as UK importer and distributor

    Californian wine producer, Wente, has appointed John E Fells & Sons as its exclusive UK importer and distributor.

    Wente Family Estates has appointed John E Fells & Sons as its exclusive United Kingdom importer and distributor.

    Wente, which is based in Livermore in the San Francisco Bay area, is still family owned and managed after 125 years. Its wine brands include: Wente Vineyards, Murrieta’s Well, Tamás Estate and Hayes Ranch.

    Owned by the leading port producer the Symington group, John E Fells & Sons is a leading UK wine importer.

    The new agreement is effective from September 1.
