Anheuser-Busch InBev has announced plans to establish a New York office to cater for their largest market: the US.

The company said the NY office would support the needs of the combined company in terms of leveraging the brand portfolio – including Bunweiser, Stella Artois and Beck’s – as well help with a global distribution network.

The global headquarters and centre of strategic decision-making will remain in Leuven, Belgium.

In addition, over 40% of the newly combined company’s earnings are now generated in the United States, which has become the company’s largest market.
