A-B InBev completes Tsingtao sale

Anheuser-Busch InBev has completed the sale of its remaining minority stake in Tsingtao Brewery Co to Mr. Chen Fashu.  Chen has acquired Anheuser-Busch InBev’s remaining 7% stake in Tsingtao Brewery for 235 million USD. Chen is a Chinese national and a private investor.

Under the terms of the agreement announced on 8 May 2009, Anheuser-Busch InBev sold 91,641,342 H-shares of Tsingtao to Chen at a price of HKD 19.83 per share.
