Arola trained under El Bulli’s Ferrán Adrià and the partnership will include recipe demonstrations, brand endorsements, exclusive dinner events and a strong on-line presence.
Arola runs La Broche, a minimalist restaurant in Madrid, featuring ‘post-modern cuisine’, as well as Arola in Barcelona’s Hotel Arts. To date Arola has garnered two Michelin stars.
