Bacardi gets new distro in Estonia

Estonia: Liviko is to become the sole representative of Bacardi-Martini Group’s products in Estonia.

From May 17, AS Liviko will become the sole importer and representative of Bacardi-Martini in Estonia. Its subsidiary SIA Liviko took over representative rights for the group’s products in Latvia in January this year.

Alejandro Ouziel, area director of Bacardi-Martini, said: “We have entrusted the representation of Bacardi-Martini to Liviko in addition to Latvia also in Estonia, because Liviko’s growth on the Baltic markets and its work with its brands has been impressive and we believe it will ensure that our quality products will reach consumers on these markets, which have great potential.”

Janek Kalvi, chairman of the board of the Liviko group said:  “We’re proud to be adding Bacardi-Martini to our import portfolio, which already boasts 600 brands.”

The contracts will see the addition of 29 alcoholic beverages to the group’s portfolio, including Bacardi rums, Martini vermouths and sparkling wines, Bombay Sapphire gin and Grey Goose vodka, the contracts will also provide the rights to Dewar’s whiskeys, William Lawson’s whiskey, Camino Real tequilas and Bénédictine liqueur.
