Cherry Heering announces cocktail finalists

The Xanté Company & Peter F Heering have announced the finalists of their Mad Men inspired cocktail competition, which will be part of Manhattan Cocktail Classic (MCC).

MCC is described as "part festival, part fête, part conference, part cocktail party" and takes place at various bars and venues in New York from May 13-17.

The Cherry Heering liqueur competition required entrants to come up with a “fashionable twist on some of the most iconic Mad Men cocktails from yesteryear.”

The final is to culminate in a party on a rooftop at Ogilvy & Mather, the depicted home of the Mad Men agency, on May 16.

The cocktail: Sour Cherry Sidecar, mixologist: Stacy Nikkila, hometown: New York City, US, establishment: The Boom Boom Room

The cocktail: The Affiliate , mixologist: Charles Joly, Hometown: Chicago, US, Establishment: The Drawing Room

The Cocktail: We Got the Business, mixologist: Jamie Stephenson, hometown: Manchester, England, establishment: Corridor
