Rémy unveils limited edition Cointreau for Dubai

23 December, 2011

Rémy Cointreau has created a limited edition bottle for its Cointreau orange liqueur brand, especially for Dubai Duty Free.

Cointreau ‘Midnight in Dubai’ has been created exclusively to mark the retailer’s 28th anniversary.

Dubai Duty Free claims to be the most important single airport retailer in the world, with sales of US$1.27 billion in 2010.

Midnight in Dubai is described as an amber-gold interpretation of the classic square-shaped bottle with a black label adorned with a constellation of diamond stars.

Dubai Duty Free executive vice chairman Colm McLoughlin said: “We are delighted to showcase this limited edition Cointreau bottle at Dubai Duty Free. It is a beautiful design and we believe that our customers will respond very well to it.”

This limited edition bottle contains the classic Cointreau, the orange liqueur produced in its original distillery in Angers, in France’s Loire Valley, for more than 160 years.
