The 500ml medium-dry Longueville House Cider has an ABV of 5% and is priced from €3.99-€4.50.
William and Aisling O’Callaghan are behind the craft cider, which is produced at the hotel in Mallow, County Cork, Ireland.
While the current focus is the home market, the O’Callaghans plan to roll out the brand to international markets.
According to William O'Callaghan, no colourings, additives or preservatives are used at any stage of production.
He said: “Longueville House Cider is a medium-dry, natural, thirst quenching drink and is best enjoyed served chilled, no ice required.”
Longueville House also distills what it claims is Ireland’s only apple brandy.
The spirit has an ABV of 40% and carries an RRP of €25 for 500ml.
