The six expressions are named by taste and aroma and follow the Edinburgh-based spirits company’s four cask bottlings in February.
Apple Pastry is a 1991 single cask from Linkwood, Speyside; Salted Caramels is a 1991 single cask from Glen Scotia, Campbeltown; The Smokery is a 1980 single cask from Caol Ila, Islay; Maritime Embrace is a 1989 single cask from Bunnahabhain, Islay; Melon Cocktail is a1994 single cask from Aberfeldy, Highlands; and Spiced Chocolate Cup is a 1997 single cask from Clynelish, Highlands.
Each cask has been selected and named by the Wemyss tasting panel in consultation with Scotch authority Charlie Maclean.
Prices range from £67 to £125 and each expression is limited to a few hundred bottles.
