The competition is open to ‘time-served bartenders or home bar specialists’ and is not based on speed rounds or stage shows.
The contestants will be judged on their ability to create ‘Polynesian inspired cocktails fit for Donn and Vic’s great luau in the sky.’
The event will take place at Haole Hut, CheekyTiki, Hackney Wick on Saturday 27 September.
