Johnson will join the independent international drinks company, which distributes Greenall’s and Berkeley Square London Dry gins, in October.
Lizzy Johnson has over 17 years of drinks industry experience in marketing and business leadership roles, most recently with Diageo as global brand director for Captain Morgan rum.
Prior to that Johnson worked with Asia Pacific Breweries, as senior marketing manager of Heineken and Tiger Beer. She also brings four years of experience at Heineken International’s Head Office in Amsterdam as the divisional leader responsible for Global Sponsorship and Lifestyle Marketing and three years experience with the Union of European Football Associations (UEFA) where she led a new brand-driven directive.
Warren Scott, CEO of the Quintessential Brands Group, said: “We are delighted to be welcoming Lizzy to the group and very much look forward to working with her. Lizzy, who will report to Mike Salmon, will help drive the continued expansion of our brands business on an international scale. We also wish Stephen all the very best for the future in his new role and appreciate the contribution that he made at a key time of growth for the Quintessential Brands Company.”
The Quintessential Brands Company portfolio recently expanded by the addition of O’Mara Irish County Cream, Feeney’s Irish Cream Liqueur, Irish Knights, Irish Country Cream and The Dubliner Irish Whiskey Liqueur.
