New Moët Hennessy HR

Moët Hennessy Wines and Spirits chairman and CEO, Christophe Navarre, has announced the appointment of Stéphane Voyer, as senior vice president human resources.

Béatrice Wenzel-Lux-Kronig is joining the LVMH corporate HR team alongside Chantal Gaemperle, group EVP HR and Synergies, to cover strategic special projects, capitalising on her experience at Louis Vuitton and more recently at MH.

Voyer is an MBA graduate of the Burgundy Business School. He started his career in 1994 with Procter & Gamble in France and Belgium, in sales and marketing roles. In 2000, he joined the HR department where he held several positions in Europe, notably in the area of talent management and organisational development.

In 2004 he became HR director for the Wella group, in charge of the integration within P&G and managing director for French affiliates. Between 2007 and 2008, he was with Pierre Fabre as global HR director for the Dermo-Cosmetics division. He joined LVMH in 2008 as corporate HR development manager and since 2009 he has been group director, talent management and international HR.
