Pernod disposes of Caribe Cooler

Pernod Ricard has announced the completion of the sale of the Mexican ready-to-drink brand Caribe Cooler to Grupo Bepensa.

This follows satisfaction of regulatory closing conditions as outlined in December.

Grupo Bepensa, headquarted in Merida Yucatan, is said to be the largest conglomerate in south east México.

The privately held group has more than 60 years' of experience managing and distributing international brands in beverages and automotive industries, in addition to industrial and financial businesses across Mexico.
