Artesian's Balazs Molnar named Botran Rookie Cup winner

Balazs Molnar of Artesian was named the first European winner of Botran’s Rookie Cup at the La Terraza de Oscar in Madrid this week.  

Molnar triumphed against six other European finalists to win an all expenses paid trip to the US with Botran and a visit to the distillery in Guatemala.

The judging panel was formed of Gegam Kazarian, Michael Landart, Federico Cuco and Marc Álvarez.

The Rookie Cup was launched by Ron Botran to provide young bartenders an educational platform and coincides with the company’s 75th anniversary this year.
