Stachowicz will join the Audit and Remuneration Committees with effect from today.
Stachowicz currently serves as non-executive vice chairman and head of the Audit Committee of Harper Hygenics S.A. and Member of the Supervisory Board of CCC S.A., both listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. He also advised a number of other private equity investors and international companies.

Stock Spirit has also appointed Andrew Cripps - who has served on the Board since the IPO in 2013 – as senior independent director.
