Silent Pool will be available from The Whisky Exchange with an RRP of £34.99.
Distiller Cory Mason, said: “It took months of research and recipe development to be able to fine-tune this unique method. As a result of all of this work, Silent Pool are now able to create a gin and express flavour in a way no one has done before.
“Through the use of GCMS and formal Sensory Analysis, each individual potential botanical was broken down to its very building blocks, and identified the exact fraction of the flavour that was required. Through this research and flavor identification, a recipe and the distillation methods were created.”
Some of the 24 botanicals used in Silent Pool include: Bosnian Juniper, Coriander Seeds, Bulgarian Angelica, Italian Orris, Licorice Root, Cassia Bark, Cardamon, Cubeb, Grain of Paradise, Bergamot Orange Peel, Bitter Orange Peel, Honey.
