Bacardi Legacy names its Three Most Promising

11 November, 2015

Bacardi has named its three most promising bartenders in its Bacardi Legacy Cocktail competition.

Iain Griffiths from Dandelyan in London, Oliver Pluck from The East Village in Leeds, and Santiago Michelis from Happiness Forgets in London will all receive a budget to execute a promotional campaign to generate support for their cocktail over the coming months.

The bartender with the most successful campaign will be named in March and go on to compete in the global final in San Francisco the following month.

Metinee Kongsrivilai, Bacardi UK brand ambassador, said: “Huge congratulations to all the bartenders who competed in the UK final of Bacardi Legacy, the standard was once again incredibly high.

“However there can only be three most promising and Iain, Oli and Santi not only showed off their mixing skills, but the stories behind their cocktails also showcased great imagination. We wish our three most promising all the best of luck!”
