Exton Park launches 100% Pinot Meunier Rose

28 April, 2016

Exton Park has announced the launch of a 100% Pinot Meunier Rose, which, the producer claims is the first of its kind in England.

The wine will be showcased at the London Wine Fair 2016, from the English Wine Producers' stand T34 in the Grand Hall.

Exton Park’s latest wine is made entirely from the 2014 vintage blend of the older Pinot Meunier plots in the 55-acre vineyard, which were first planted in 2003.

In the new winery, each plot was vinified separately, then bottled in green glass. After 12 months on the lees, it was disgorged earlier this year – ready for its appearance next week.
