Australia Day Tasting 2017 dates announced

12 December, 2016

Wine Australia has announced the Australia Day Tasting will return to London, Edinburgh and Dublin in January 2017.

Across the three tastings, more than 80 exhibitors will present more than 1,000 wines, from nearly 200 different wineries and brands.

Visitors will be first in line to try new releases from the latest vintages, recently launched and soon-to-launch wines.

Laura Jewell MW, Wine Australia head of market EMEA, said: “After the success of last year’s Australia Day Tastings, we’re delighted to be back again this January, hosting even more wines, exhibitors and winemakers. With new wineries, product launches and bigger venues, this year’s events shouldn’t be missed.

"I’m confident that the tastings will show off the diversity of Australian wine and reinforce the country’s reputation as a premium wine producer.”

The Australia Day Tasting takes place in London on 24 January, Edinburgh (26 January) and Dublin on 30 January.
