Jamaica Inn Black Ginger Rum launches in UK

Jamaica Inn Black Ginger Rum (40%ABV) has been launched into the UK market by distributor Mangrove.

The premium rum is made from a blend of Jamaican pot and column stilled rums aged for three years and is infused with ginger.

Nick Gillett, managing director of Mangrove, said: “Jamaica Inn is a brand which we are focusing on building at the forefront of our Mangrove rum portfolio that we will drive into the growing premium rum market.

“It has that unique Jamaican ‘funk’ flavour with the presence of a well-balanced quality, ginger flavour throughout.”

Jamaica Inn Black Ginger Rum has an RRSP of £22 (70cl) and will be targeted at both the on and off-trade markets.
