Diageo World Class GB finalists announced

Diageo Reserve has announced this year’s 10 World Class GB finalists, following the semi-final heats in London on May 16.

Thirty-five bartenders took part in the semi-finals at Diageo’s Customer Collaboration Centre in Park Royal, all facing three challenges in front of a panel of judges.

 

Stephen Martin, Diageo Reserve World Class GB manager said: “This year’s competition is themed around sustainability and culinary techniques and we’ve seen some really unusual flavour pairings and innovative thinking from the bartenders competing.”

The GB World Class final will be held in Edinburgh in June and the following 10 bartenders have been selected:

Dave Hall - Terrior Tapas

Kieran Grieves - Bonbar

Georgia Billing - Sexy Fish

James Bowker - The Wilderness

Adam Day - Peggy's Bar

Manachain Monaghan - Below Stairs

Luke Robinson - Cub

Daniel Warren - Last Chance

Daniel Bovey - Hyde & Co.

Cameron Attfield – Dandelyan
