Headed up by co-owners Mia Johansson and Bobby Hiddleston, together with their bar team they’ve created a menu that will be split into four sections based on style and flavour profile: Bright, Delicate, Stiff and Rich.
Swift has worked with illustrator Sara Stode for the menu artwork,
‘Delicate’ features light flavoured ingredients such as cucumber and blossom flowers, while ‘Bright’ uses flavours such as chilli and citrus fruit with bold colours.
‘Stiff’ covers more stirred down drinks with cigar smoke while ‘Rich’ covers heavier style cocktails with chocolate and cherries.
Johansson said: “Swift’s signature style has always been pared-back presentation, and this is something which will very much remain, however we wanted to create something which would guide guests on the style of drink they’re choosing in a very visual way.
“The images not only convey the flavour profile, but also the feeling and emotion that the cocktails evoke.”
Alongside the drinks offering, a new food menu will focus on seasonal bocadillo style sandwiches. Each day there will be a vegetarian, meat, and fish option for a simple but premium selection.
Swift was launched in November 2016 by Hiddleston and Johansson alongside co-owners Rosie Stimpson and Edmund Weil of Speakeasy Entertainment Group.
Since then, Swift has been named Best New Bar at both Tales Of The Cocktail and Time Out London Bar Awards 2017. In 2018 it was named GQ Bar of Year and is currently ranked 46 World’s 50 Best Bars list.
