London’s Coupette has announced a new ‘Summer’ cocktail menu created by owner Chris Moore in collaboration with local sign writer Ged Palmer.

The menu will launch on 22 July and is the first in a new series of seasonal menus, which will work with local craftspeople in London's Bethnal Green.

For Summer, Moore has partnered with Palmer to illustrate the menu, which focuses on refreshing seasonal serves such as Watermelon Gimlet – Bombay Sapphire, watermelon and watermelon cordial.

Another cocktail, Strawberries & Cream, uses strawberry eau de vie, rosé vermouth and wine with a vanilla-scented, clarified milk punch finish.

Summer also offers drinks appropriate for night time such as Board Room, which uses Hennessy cognac and Dubonnet mixed with walnut, cherry, coffee and smoke.

The new menu will also retain the bar’s signature cocktails such as Apples and the Champagne Pina Colada.
