Campari Group has finalised the acquisition of French spirits company Rhumantilles SAS in a deal worth €60m.

Rhumantilles SAS is the majority owner of Martinique based company Bellonnie & Bourdillon Successeurs, owner of French rums Trois Rivières and Maison La Mauny.

Campari will also take on Duquesne rum, designed for the local market and the overall deal is expected to close during the fourth quarter of 2019.
