In an exclusive cover shoot and interview with Drinks International’s sister title CLASS, the New York bartenders behind the bars of the Nomad Hotel and Eleven Madison Park, unveiled their plans for the Claridge’s restaurant bar.
The group will also open Nomad London in August next year, with Collina and Robitschek overseeing the bar operations.
