InBev has completed its $52 million takeover of Anheuser-Busch, to become the world’s largest brewer.

 

 

InBev has completed its $52 million takeover of Anheuser-Busch, to become the world’s largest brewer.  

The new company – Anheuser-Busch InBev, will be headed up by InBev chief exec Carlos Brito. A-B president and CEO August Busch IV joins the board as non-exec director.  

A-B InBev will be based in Leuven, Belgium and A-B plans to shed 1,185 jobs.
