The UK’s most popular wines could disappear from supermarket shelves and pubs after the government proposed a 25% tariff on all wine imports from the US.

US wine imported into the UK could become one of several American products to be levied with new tariffs as part of the ongoing trade war.

The board of Foster’s Group has rebuffed SABMiller's proposed takeover bid. 

SABMiller has proposed to make a conditional, off-market, cash takeover offer for all of the issued shares in Foster’s Group. 

Heineken has proposed that Charlotte Kwist replaces her uncle Dirk Pieter Hoyer as a director of Heineken Holdings.
