French Armagnac brand Janneau has recorded an ‘exceptional’ year of sales in Europe, US and the duty free sector.

Spirit France, leading producer of Calvados with the brands Père Magloire, Boulard and Lecompte, has announced the acquisition of a majority stake in Armagnac brand: Janneau.

Spirit France Group has announced it has acquired a majority stake in Armagnac brand Janneau from the Giovinetti family.

Armagnac house Janneau has decided to double its capacity to distil in-house.

The House Janneau has released some limited edition armagnacs, called the Dragon Vintages.
