Italian drinks group Gruppo Campari has announced ‘very good results’ for the first half of 2017 with total sales reaching €844.7m, an organic growth of 6.8%.

Gruppo Campari has announced the sale of Carolans and Irish Mist to Heaven Hill Brands, via the sale of 100% of the share capital of TJ Carolan & Son Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary.

Gruppo Campari has reported sales of €743.9 million and group net profit €67.2m, down -13.8%.

Gruppo Campari has appointed a new board of directors for the 2016 to 2018 period.

The four top performing bitters brands in The Millionaires’ Club 2016 all had an increase in sales in 2015, Drinks International can report. 

Gruppo Campari has reported positive growth of 7.9% as group sales totalled €1,144.7 million in the first nine months of 2015.
