White rum Hoolie, distilled in an old milking shed, will soon be sold in Harrods as the Isle-of-Man-based spirits company continues its London takeover.

Drinks International can exclusively reveal that Baccarat Bar, located on the lower ground floor of Harrods, is launching its first new menu since opening its doors in July 2020.

This month Joe and Daniel Schofield, alongside wine expert James Brandwood, will take over the lower ground at Manchester’s Stock Exchange Hotel to launch new cocktail bar Sterling.

Bacardi has set up a $3m fund to help bar owners and bartenders make ends meet during the global coronavirus lockdown.
