Aigin: The gin using AI to create recipe

Spanish spirits producer Beveland has launched Aigin, a gin which used artificial intelligence in the creation of its recipe.

The company used algorithms capable of analysing more than two million combinations of ingredients, distillation techniques and maceration methods to create the gin.

The family-owned Spanish company also produces a range of spirits including whisky, vodka, brandy and rum.
