Constellation appoints new board member

Constellation Brands has added Keith Wandell, president and chief executive officer of Harley- Davidson to its board.

Wandell’s appointmen takes the number of board members from eight to nine.

Constellation's chairman of the board Richard Sands said: "We are very pleased to welcome Keith to the board of directors and believe his experience in a diversified, consumer-driven industry, will provide excellent guidance as Constellation continues to focus on building its premium wine and spirits brands.”

Wandell, 61, joined Harley-Davidson as CEO in 2009. Previously, he spent 21 years with Johnson Controls.

Constellation’s portfolio includes Robert Mondavi, Clos du Bois, Blackstone, Arbor Mist, Estancia, Extra, Black Velvet Canadian whisky and Svedka vodka.
