This is a category that has spawned many brands in recent years, but remains dominated by Fever-Tree.

Online retailer Master of Malt has unveiled three key trends that could define the spirits industry during the next year.

Fentimans is to replace 125ml mixer bottles with a new range of 200ml mixers, as the premium mixer brand aims to “tap into the growing popularity for long mixed drinks”.

Coca-Cola European Partners (CCEP) has announced a new range of mixers - Coca-Cola Signature Mixers, which have been designed to be mixed primarily with dark spirits.
