Hite-Jinro’s soju brand, Jinro, remains the world’s best-selling spirit, according to this year's Drinks International’s million-case brands survey.

The Millionaires' Club survey, which is published this week, reveals Alliance Global Group’s Emperador taking a distant second to Jinro’s 66.5m with 33.0m. Diageo's vodka brand Smirnoff finished in third at 26.1 million cases.

Allied Blenders & Distillers Indian whisky brand Officer’s Choice is the best selling whisky overall and fourth largest selling spirit with 31% growth and 23.8 million cases sold last year.

The world’s second largest soju Chum Churum is only separated from Officer’s by growth as Lotte Liquor’s major brand case sales also reached 23.8m cases.
